I can help you run Event Storming sessions or coach your teams in understanding the business needs more deeply.

Sometimes you need an outside perspective on the health of a codebase. I can review your project and provide an honest assessment of where it stands — covering code quality, architecture, test coverage, dependency health, and adherence to general best practices. The result is a best‐effort picture of what is working, what is not, and where to focus your efforts.

Static analysis tools can surface bugs, type errors, and code smells without running a single line of code. I have extensive experience setting up and configuring static analysis tools in PHP projects.
